How To Showcase ‘Make in India‘:
(Only in India, You Say?)

It was a night meant to showcase the best of Indian culture, innovation and talent but a huge blaze that broke out abruptly canceled a Mumbai "Make in India" cultural event.

The fire started during a traditional performance, sending the 25,000 people in attendance at Girgaum Chowpatty beach fleeing, including high profile politicians and Indian cinema stars Amitabh Bachchan and Aamir Khan.

The week-long event is the result of a push started by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi in September 2014 and part of a wider set of nation-building initiatives and a drive to attract foreign investors.

Video footage shows initially unaware performers dancing on stage even as the fire starts to spread beneath them. Members of the crowd who are evacuating the building wave to them to alert them to the danger.

Fourteen fire engines and 10 water tankers rushed to the venue, according to Devendra Fadnavis, Chief Minister of the Maharahstra state, who was at the event. Despite the dramatic scene, there were no reports of fatalities or injuries.

Showcasing the "best of Indian culture, innovation and talent"? Yeah, right. Couldn't have said it more succinctly!

Modi: "Bring your factories to India and this is what we'll do to them!" Take it as a promise, people!

Anybody stupid enough to invest in India or blind enough to move his manufacturing operations to India deserves exactly this and no better. Here we are trying our best to get out of here, and you want to come here? With your hard-earned money? Your greed must be making you blind!

Can't be incompetence. They'll claim that it has to be terrorism. If there was one Muslim / Sikh / Kashmiri / Dalit in the crowd or was in Mumbai in the last 6 days, then that will be all the proof they'll need.

The local media is lauding the 'efficient evacuation' and the 'excellent disaster management.' Efficient, excellent, my foot! All you have to do is see the videos from the disaster. First, the so-called dignitaries -- politicians, movie actors, and other useless desis -- running for dear life. Then, the next tier of lemmings waving at the dancers on the stage, who were oblivious of the firestorm; the wavers of course were not going to do anything but wave. No, no rescuers in sight! And then, a whole centrifugal scattering of the entire crowd for dear life. I don't think anyone stopped running, except to pick up their dhotis, till they reached the other end of the city. Yeah, 'efficient' ... sure!

And the foreign investors? I believe they ran too ... all the way to the airport.

I don't think any of you understand what really happened. This event was a planned event by Hindutva to highlight the fact to the foreign visitors that Fire was invented in India in the vedic age. So, now you know.

Self-destructed? It's because all of Modi's projects are 'Mission Impossible', as far as India and Indians are concerned. All they are designed to do is rake in billions for the personal pockets of the BJP/RSS gang of thieves, the true successors of the erstwhile Congress rogues.

Thank God the potential foreign nvestors didn't get hurt, but they will surely burn their fingers if they invest in India. For those who don't know, the stock market was also "on fire" and has been reduced to "ashes". They say that India is the fastest growing economy in the world today but the stock market has totally crashed, so what is growing, then?

I am glad that no one was hurt and everyone made it out safely from the inferno.

The entire state of Haryana which is ruled by BJP - a political front for the fascist Hindu terrorist outfit RSS -- is on fire and has been shut down with road blockages, large-scale looting, burning and killing by mobs demanding reservations for Jats, a Hindu caste. But Hindu police has not even once fired to control the situation. The Hindu press has not called these Hindu rioters and killers as "radicals, terrorists or anti national." But remember when the entire Hindu press and establishment became cheerleaders for police brutalities and oppression whenever Sikhs demanded, or now demand, their rights? During the recent Sikh peaceful protest, unarmed Sikhs doing Waheguru simran were fired upon on orders from the Home Minister, innocent Sikh youth were rounded up and tortured, and the entire leadership of Sarbat Khalsa was put behind bars on cooked-up charges of "sedition". Having already failed on all fronts, the terrorist RSS / Modi / Jaitley gang is now reportedly planning to start construction of Ram Mandir at the disputed Babri Masjid site by this year end. Expect large scale violence, riots and mayhem in Hindu-sthan. Only dumb, uninformed investors will go and invest in India because the smart money is leaving due to the impending implosion and chaos.
