Three Sikh-Americans on Top 40-Under-40 List

The San Francisco Business Times has named three Sikh-Americans in its list of the “40 Under 40” for 2013.
The “40 Under 40” include young people from many sectors: technology, real estate, banking, law, academia, cleantech, nonprofits, government, hospitality and real estate.
Gurbaksh Singh Chahal, 30 years old, already is a veteran entrepreneur and social tolerance activist. He’s the CEO and founder of RadiumOne, a social advertising company, and founded two companies, ClickAgents and BlueLithium, which sold for $40 million and $300 million respectively.
Manav Singh is a recognized entrepreneur in the valley. His accounting firm SOAProjects has grown in 7 years to $14 million in annual revenue, with 15 offices around the world serving pre-IPO through Fortune 100 companies.
As co-founder and chief strategy officer of Appirio, Narinder Singh plays a key role in keeping Appirio at the forefront of cloud computing. He’s chairman of the board of the Sikh Coalition and executive sponsor of Appirio’s philanthropy program.
