Excellent initiative. However if the ground water that is given to these crops is contaminated and containing Uranium, can any crops grown in Punjab really be considered organic? I wonder how the site defines what constitutes organic? Do Indian standards meet the organic standards in the UK, for example? Excellent idea, though!
